About the Farm
Located in the stony hills of Buckland, MA, Birch Rock Farm grows uncertified organic vegetables, herbs, fruits and flowers on under half an acre. By focusing on the health of our soil, we grow produce that is nutritious, vibrant and delicious.

About the Farmers
Jared
Jared has over ten seasons experience in organic agriculture. He grew up in Eastern MA and is excited to call Buckland his new home. Jared lives on the farm with his wife, Margaret, two kids, and dog.
Most recently, he managed at Gaining Ground, an organic vegetable farm that donates all of its produce to hunger-relief organizations in the Boston area.
Margaret
Margaret works part time in the gardens, but her vocation is nursing. She is currently in school to become a Family Nurse Practitioner and hopes to eventually expand the operations of Birch Rock Farm to harness the health-giving potential of working outdoors and growing nutritious food for all.
